The European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA) is a charity organisation working with companies in the outdoor industry, funded by membership and other fundraising activities. Together, we support and fund a growing number of much needed grassroots conservation, protection and regeneration projects around the world, protecting the wild places and wildlife we all care so much about.
Since its formation in 2006, EOCA’s purpose has aligned with the values held by Conservation Optimism, influencing positive actions for nature through the projects we fund and support. With over 150 members, all from the outdoor sector, EOCA is unique as it provides companies from an entire industry the opportunity to work together, giving back to nature. This allows the impact to be multiplied and far reaching, encouraging companies, organisations and individuals around the world to conserve, protect and restore their local landscapes and wildlife.
