About Leo Thom

Leo is currently completing an MA in Wildlife Filmmaking at UWE, in association with the BBC’s Natural History Unit, with a view to becoming a producer director of natural history films. He is also a creative director for an international mangrove conservation NGO, bringing to the surface stories of people who have intimate relationships with coastal ecosystems. He previously worked as an animation specialist in both the UK and Asia, delivering digital shorts for clients such as TFL, Landscape Institute, Canal & River Trust, Lion TV and Greater Mekong Subregion EOC. His first degree is in Landscape Architecture.
