The Limbe Wildlife Centre (LWC) is a wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and conservation education project and is situated in the South-West Region of Cameroon. Our mission to conserve Cameroonian wildlife by rehabilitating victims of poaching, inspiring people to connect with nature, and improving local communities’ wellbeing.
At the Limbe Wildlife Centre, we have been committed to providing the best standard of welfare to rescued animals, educating the local community and promoting environmentally friendly alternatives to wildlife hunting and trading. We have made significant strides in our conservation efforts, including rescuing and rehabilitating over thousands of animals, engaging with local communities through outreach programs, and educating thousands of children on the importance of conservation.
